Training of Trainers (TOT) 10-hour Program (Online)

Overview

An intensive professional development 10-hour course offered by Lumière Elite Training Center – Dubai. This program is designed for aspiring trainers, educators, and professionals who want to acquire the skills and confidence to design, deliver, and manage impactful training programs. It is available online for participants outside the UAE and in-person for those inside the country.

We offer participants two options for enrolling in the Training of Trainers (TOT) Online Program, so you can choose the package that best suits your needs:

• Basic Package – AED 1850: Includes 10 hours of live online training, support in preparing five customized training packages, and the delivery of a recorded practical workshop under the supervision of the center. Participants will receive an accredited TOT Certificate from Lumière Elite Training Center, which can be attested by the UAE Embassy, along with a Workshop Delivery Certificate.

• Premium Package – AED 2575: Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus an individual review of each trainee’s training package, additional support for marketing the workshop and video, and short post-course consultations to enhance employment opportunities or collaboration with training centers.

• Professionals outside the UAE who want to deliver workshops or courses internationally.
• Professionals within the UAE seeking to provide training either online or face-to-face.

Delivery Options

In-person: For UAE residents at Lumière Elite Training Center.
