Overview

Professional Training of Trainers Program (TOT) is an intensive 20-hour training program accredited by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) – Dubai. The program is designed to transform knowledge and expertise into a professional career path in the training industry.

The program focuses on building a strong trainer identity, developing presentation and influence skills, designing professional training packages, and understanding the dynamics of the modern training market. Participants will gain the ability to confidently deliver professional training programs both in-person and online.

The program is available online for participants outside the UAE or for those who prefer distance learning, while still benefiting from structured practical applications within an interactive training environment.
